The very very best!!! Amazing villa with beautiful sea view (180 degrees) and amazing staff!! The cooks made us wonderful meals and catered to all our needs, and also the rest of the staff (attendants, manager, gardener, security) was very friendly and service-oriented. It felt like we had our own 5* hotel! The interior is very luxurious and Balinese style. The manager helped us with all kind of requests, such as a snorkling trip, cocktails at a nearby hotel, and other trips/acitivites. Can highly recommend for a serene and relaxing holiday!!

My husband booked this villa without me doing my usual research into every aspect of the property including reviews. If I had I would never have booked it based on the previous Google reviews - but what a mistake that would have been! The villa is absolutely outstanding. The staff couldn’t have been better. Position brilliant. Food was incredible (particularly Indonesian). We found the food to be fairly priced and much better value than eating at the below par local restaurants. Including the local boutique hotels. The overall experience was like having your own private hotel with better service than I’ve ever had at 5* hotels. This part of Bali is quieter but with so much to do. It really was a perfect family holiday for us and we very much hope to be back.

To all potential visitors, BEWARE of elite havens and staying at villa asada in bali,indonesia,The villa itself is as advertised, beautiful views and away from the noise of the city. Service from the onsite staff was great overall but ended quite poorly when we received our grocery charges.We had been advised to provide a grocery deposit of $400 and were shocked to find a total balance owing of $1300 the night prior to our departure. We had made multiple enquiries throughout our stay to provide an update and receipts of purchases but were brushed off by the staff mentioning that we were too busy. Upon viewing the bill we found handwritten receipts with considerable markups on basic items all from the same supplier (Mendira). Unfortunately, this is not the first time the issue of the grocery bill has happened before as mentioned by the staff and seem content with ripping off customers to receive their slice of the payment.After speaking with the management company, elite havens their only response was that the prices were accurate and reflect market prices quoting an average meal per head was $18. At no point did the management provide any sort of apology or take any action to ease our concerns and would rather accept payment but ignore the misdeeds of onsite staff.Prices marked on the receipts below which are comparable if not higher than Australia and quality at a much lower standard than you would expect. - chicken: $9.5/kg - beef: $18/kg - king prawns: $20/kg (not the size you would expect but small) - fish: $12.5/kg *all prices are approx AUDOur advice is to enjoy vila but you would be getting much better value and quality meals at more reputable establishments or expect to receive a shock when dining in.
