Wow... I'm honestly a little lost for words when it comes to our family vacation at Villa Leelawadee. This place is like heaven on earth! Right from the moment we entered through the entrance gate to the driveway and saw all of our amazing staff awaiting our arrival with their beautiful smiles and hand made flower bracelets for each of us. Then a tray of welcome drinks and a nice cool towel to freshen our faces and hands before a tour of the stunning villa that we would call home for the following 2 weeks. We have never felt so relaxed and in touch with nature in our lives. The view from the pool and every window in the villa is just unbelievable especially on a clear day seeing all of the islands and mountains on the horizon, the photos online just don't do it justice at all. Food was impeccable! Breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between, we lived like royalty for the 2 weeks in paradise here. Our 4 children were so humbled by this experience, especially building such an amazing bond with the staff who always went above an beyond for all of us during our stay. Our daughter lost her tiny diamond heart from her necklace which had a lot of sentimental value, it was all hands on deck searching for this tiny diamond in pool filters, bedrooms living areas and amazingly Nut managed to find it next to the towel stand by the pool in a spot that nobody would ever think to check so we were extremely thankful for this as you could imagine! 🙏 Our extremely talented chef even spent one afternoon braiding our daughter's hair in between making meals and Toy spent so much time playing with the girls, taking them on adventures around the villa and their favourite activity was walking around counting lizards on the walls with her each night before bedtime! 🦎 😂 All of this made our stay extra special and no little thing went unnoticed which I hope reflected in the large tip that I left the staff with on our departure for all of their hard work and pure love and care they shared with us. As for Son, what can I say... He is one of the kindest, helpful, caring and warm hearted people we have ever met. No request was ever an issue, he was always there when we needed him for anything at all. I always enjoyed waking in the mornings and being greeted by him and the other staff for breakfast and great conversations throughout the day. We really appreciated him helping us during each meal learn basic Thai words to greet and thank locals in their own language. I could go on and on about Villa Leelawadee but I think we will miss our beautiful staff the most, I can honestly say they have become family to us and we can't wait to see them all again when we return. Our hearts were so full when leaving, there were some tears of sadness and joy but it was not a goodbye, just a thank you for everything and we will see you when we return in the near future.Thank you so very much to the staff - Son, Toy, Nut, Noi, Capo.You all truly hold a special place in our hearts and as we said, if you ever come to Australia please reach out to us and we will happily have you stay with us as guests in our own home or atleast show you around our part of the world where we live. What an incredible architecture of this great villa. Longest and crazy pool design. Incredible location, Incredible view, incredible staff - Mr Son is coolest guy to help, perfect destination for all. Variety of food selection, fruits were very fresh and ultimate taste. Building aerial view is another milestone and it exactly on Aeroplane design

The property is absolutely gorgeous! Spacious, beautifully designed and maintained, amazing pool, very very clean, and fantastic view. The staff were equally incredible. They took such good care of our family, were friendly and attentive, and made us feel so comfortable. Food cooked by the chef was also delicious. We highly recommend this property!

we have been in villas in phuket before. this is the one we raved about the most. i was leery at first because it was east facing while 90% of others were west facing. it ended up we saw most spectacular sunrises, unobstructed view of the bay and water. in our other stays, our view was of other villas and a far away view of water. the staff of five was wonderful. they took real good care of us and even plan ahead for us giving us real valuable advice as to activities and other services. transportation as always arranged ahead of time. reservations were made for us efficiently. we thank them all. food was super delicious. table was set with pretty flower arrangements and fancy folded napkins. we could order from the menu or just tell them what we want to try. always came out better than we thought. chef nui should be mentioned. we went out to one dinner at the famed blue elephant restaurant in town and afterwards all seven of us said we should have eaten back in the villa. much much much better. we told them we liked mangos. it was served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. we ate 17 KG of just mangos besides all the other fresh fruits. we could hardly move after each meal. the design of the villa is modern albeit pretty straight edged. concrete steps up and down. the pool is nice but odd in that part of it is under the building. it sort of of 2 wings. one is for dining and the other is TV room and a master bedroom. the middle part is open and not air conditioned. all in all we loved our stay and some are thinking about bringing their family. only block is it is over 20 hours of travels from US west coast. i would love to be back.

What can I say about Villa Leelawadee and the hospitality of the staff?First the villa. The location is absolutely magical. Never have I felt so at peace and one with nature. The house is better than ever expected. It is absolutely huge and in pristine condition. There is not much around in terms of tourist locations, but you do not stay here to venture out. You will not want to leave the house. Everything my family needed was right at our fingertips thanks to the lovely staff. 9 nights we stayed, and I left the house once to go get some supplies. I will be avoiding holidays in hotels moving forward.Now for the staff. Son and team are what makes this stay so magical. Their attention to detail, their hospitality, their kindness all made us feel so welcome. They watched our habits daily and adjusted their routine to suit. They try to stay hidden as much as possible to ensure we felt like we had our own space, only popping their heads out to make sure we had everything we needed.And the food.. wow. We went through most of the Thai dishes, and not a single one I could talk badly about. Better than 95% of restaurants I go to. There really is no reason to leave while here.We left nearly in tears as they all have become like family. Our two children now have aunties and uncles at Leelawadee and we will be sure to try and come back every year.Thank you Son, Toy, Capo, Nut, Noi. We miss you all dearly and can’t wait to come back and see you.10/10.
