Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable with the payment of the balance or upon arrival at the villa (by cash) - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- Deposit Payment - Low & High Seasons: An initial deposit of twenty per cent (20%) must be paid to confirm a booking unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability. There will be no refund in case of cancellation. - Deposit Payment - Prime & Peak Seasons: An initial deposit of fifty per cent (50%) of the villa rental must be paid to confirm a booking. - Balance Payment - Low & High Seasons: The outstanding balance must be paid at least forty-five (45) days before the date of arrival unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation. - Balance Payment - Prime & Peak Seasons: The outstanding balance must be paid at least Seventy-five (75) days before the date of arrival unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation. Should the booking be made within forty-five (45) days for Low and high seasons or seventy-five (75) days for Prime and Peak seasons of the arrival date, the full payment is due upon confirmation and before arrival - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - Low & High seasons: 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if cancellation occurs 46 days or more before the arrival date - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if cancellation occurs 45 days or less before the arrival date. - Any full or partial refund is subject to the discretion of the villa's owner and is contingent upon the villa's owner securing another reservation that partially or fully covers the initially cancelled reservation. - Prime & Peak Seasons: All payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled. - No refund when cancellation occurs within 75 days from arrival. - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation - An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation along with any bank fees incurred - The above cancellation charges also apply if the villa's owner cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
