- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation, 10% is non-refundable - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more

Bookings cancelled 21 days before arrival, 90% of the deposit is refundable - Cancellations during Summer & Normal Season received within 21 days of arrival will incur the full charge - Cancellation period during Peak Season – 30 days cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled 30 days before arrival, 90% of the deposit is refundable - Cancellations during Peak Season received within 30 days of arrival will incur the full charge - Cancellation period during Christmas and New Year Period – All bookings made during these dates will be non-refundable - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 14 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation
