Rental conditions

Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval

Reservation conditions

A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more

Cancellation policy

Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 64 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

Wow what a beautiful place to stay.We had a two bedroom villa and it was pure luxury, the pool was wonderful with views overlooking lush forest.The staff are amazing and nothing is to much trouble if you need help and advice. The breakfast is delicious also

Our stay at Ban View Talay has been amazing, after being here for 3 wonderful days it really started to feel like home, and it will be hard to say goodbye. Kun Au does a fantastic job, nothing is an issue and she is more than willing to help out with anything. The breakfasts in particular were fabulous, such a wholesome and enjoyable start to each day here. We particularly enjoyed the view, it truly must be the best view in all of Samui, sunsets in particular were sublime. My partner and I enjoyed the surround sound music equipment, playing some of our favourite tunes whilst relaxing in many parts of the spacious villa. The indoor jacuzzi was just perfect of an evening. The rest of the staff are wonderful, they all did an amazing job keeping the villa clean. My partner and I loved chatting to everybody and they were all a pleasure to be around. THe place was well maintained and we very much look forward to our return next year. Many thanks indeed to everyone at Ban View Talay.

Location

The villa is close to both the Bang Po beach and the Ang Thong National Park. Additionally, there are various Thai and Japanese eateries as well as a French and German bakery nearby. When there are little waves and kiteboarding, the Nathon Bay is the place to be. The neighboring Nicky Beach Club is a popular gathering place for nightlife.
