Very disappointed with our stay at Casa Evaliza. Whilst the staff were very accommodating, it definitely wasn’t worth our while, especially given how much we paid for it. We actually ended up checking out early and going back to a resort.- Response back to management:Hi Sony, given your response, I will happily elaborate on the actual full reasons we chose to check out early.Swimming Pool- I never questioned the size, the depth was the issue! Children cannot swim in that pool. Clearly only for adults! Bedsheets- They were all very damp and smelly. Everyone refused to sleep under the sheets. My wife was disgusted! Toilet is in a different building to main living area. We spent most of the time in the living area, and every time anyone needed to go to the toilet, we would get drenched (given it was raining). Leaking roof outside the kids room with very slippery floors! My daughter fell and broke her glasses! No aircon in living space? Really? We forced ourselves to stay in the TV room! Wifi was down half the time we were there!The list goes on and I can keep going!!The truth is, this villa is not ideal for families, and we specified the age of our children when enquiring, photos are also deceiving, and reviews are clearly falsified given you (Sony) an employee has gone ahead and given a review yourself. Just so you know, if I could give the villa 0 stars I would!Furthermore, this is the first correspondence I have received from anyone. Also, you can keep your voucher because we clearly never want to stay here again! If you genuinely cared about your guests you would’ve offered a refund for the remaining days that we didn’t stay at your villa. Thank you and have a positive day

Absolutely adored staying at this beautifully located villa in Seminyak with my family. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was so convenient. The villa has a great open and inviting vibe and the pool area is the perfect mix of relax and play. Couldn't fault our experience here and can't wait to be back.
