Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 2:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification is considered as a cancellation and must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - Bookings are non-refundable; in case of cancellation by the Customer, any amount already paid to are non-refundable - Any modification on the guests' reservation is subject to admin fees of 200 USD (Two Hundred United States Dollars) - Guests are responsible for subscribing to an all risk travel insurance to cover any or all costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited

Hiburan Villa 2 was beautiful, I loved the style of the bedrooms especially. Our son really enjoyed swimming every day, it was great knowing he’s safe next to the eating and living areas. Our Chef cooked a lovely brekkie each morning and the villa was cleaned each day. About an hour walk to the beach and Seminyak Village for shopping.

We rented both Villa 1&2 since we had 3 families together in this trip.Waking up in the morning to the chef cooking breakfast while i sit down under the frangipani tree beside the pool was truly relaxing.The layout of both Villa's were well designed - perfect and cozy for familes to gather around by the pool and dining room.I'm particular about the bed/beddings, bathroom, and cleanliness.The beds are comfortable- on the firm side (how I like them) with clean and smooth sheets. Pillows are "high" & perfect for side sleepers. Beds are King sized.All bathrooms are clean and large, and i had no problem walking barefoot.The Villa grounds are impeccably clean. There are excellent daily housekeepers.Things i would add: trashcans inside the bedroom (not just bathroom)PS - there are roosters around other properties, and it's part of the charm of BaliPS PS - The home-service massage are also excellent with good value for money

Perfect place for a family! And for anyone who just wants to “slow down” and “relax” So far the best place to enjoy peace and the ☀️ sun. My brother enjoyed the lights in the pool! (When we swam at night) We loved the Jacuzzi as well!!! Free water massage🥹!!! We love the kitchen! 😘👌Complete Utilities! 👏 The breeze is nice and you can feel being far away from the noise of the city. The restrooms are clean and very spacious. Towel are provided too! ✨ There is also clean water and automatic dispenser. 👩🏻💻 The WiFi connection is also pretty great compared to other places in Bali. The place clean and well-maintained! A home far away from 🏠home 🏡(and close to nature)! It’s modern and nice!

Beautiful villas in the heart of Seminyak, easily access to many restaurants and bars and very close to the beach! Perfect stay with perfect service. Ideal for a group of friends or families. Fantastic villas!!! Very good location and very well furnished villas, excellent service and high standards of cleanliness. Hiburan Villas is located in Batu Belig, a trendy, upcoming shopping and dining street that starts at the end of Jalan Petitenget in Seminyak and ends on Batu Belig Beach (850 m), right next to the Berawa area in Canggu. On Batu Belig, there are great shops and restaurants to try out such as Watercress Cafe (yummy salads and smoothies – 300 m), Warung Sobat for local Indonesian food (300m) and famous places like Metis (1,1 km) and Sardine (1,2). On the beach, you can swim and have cocktails at Tropicola (1,1 km) or learn to surf. You can also find refuge at one of the spas such as Bening Spa (500m), Think Pink Nails (450m) or Rob Peetoom (1,2 km).
