- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - During Prime, Peak Season, Christmas & New Year: the remaining 50% balance is due not less than 75 days prior to arrival - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - At least 180 days before check-in:, refund of 80% of the paid deposit, or credit the whole deposit (100%) for another booking within the next 12 months from the date of the cancellation - Between 179 days and 65 days before check-in: refund of 50% of the deposit or credit of 90% of the deposit for another booking within the next 12 months - Between 65 and 30 days before check-in: refund of 20% of the deposit, or credit of 80% of the deposit for another booking within the next 12 months - Cancelling less than 30 days before check-in: All rental payments are forfeited - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited
