Rental conditions

- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval - We recommend guests have an All-Risk Travel insurance and health insurance prior to travels

Reservation conditions

- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 90 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 90 days of the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more

Cancellation policy

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - Whole Villa bookings – If cancelled within 60 days of arrival – the total rental amount will be forfeited - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

We recently stayed in Taru Villas for 4 nights over the Christmas period with all our family. It may be a fairly small boutique hotel with only four bedrooms, but wow - it really does deliver! The decor is fabulously solid, colonial and really stylish. It was also beautifully decorated for Christmas with stunning Christmas tree. There is plenty of space with three different seating areas and a large dining area as well as the sun beds around the pool. Bedrooms are gorgeous and spacious with four poster beds complete with mosquito netting and aircon. But the icing on the cake is the staff. Right from the start when we were met with cold flannels and ice lollies, Shanika and his team were there to help. They are all charming people and so hospitable and kind. They even gave all the children lovely Christmas presents! The food was delicious with wonderful breakfasts including pancakes which went down very well with the children! I would thoroughly recommend a stay in this classy hotel.
