A 50% deposit is required within 3 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 50 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 50 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more

Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - Shoulder and High Season: Within 15 days, all rental payments are forfeited - Shoulder and High Season: Prior to 15 days of arrival, 10% of the total rental amount is forfeited and a $300 cancellation fee will be charged - Peak Season: All rental payments are forfeited - Guests who depart prior to the confirmed departure date are not entitled to any refund - For no-show: All rental payments are forfeited - When applying special offers or discounts: All rental payments are forfeited
