Check-in time: between 5:00pm and 8:00pm - After 8pm you will incur a GBP £45 charge to cover out of hours staff costs - Check-out time: 11:00am - Failure to leave by 11:00am will incur an extra half day rental charge - Failure to leave by 2:00pm on your departure day will incur an extra full day rental - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit of GBP £1,000 has to be paid with the balance payment - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Loud music inside the villa should not be played after 10.30pm - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval - Bachelor or Bachelorette, Stag or Hen parties are not allowed - Same sex groups with an average age of less than 30 years old are not allowed - Drone flying is strictly prohibited over the property

A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, MasterCard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more

Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 25% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 64 days before the start of the rental period - No exceptions to this policy can be made for any reason, therefore holiday insurance with a cancellation policy to cover any such rare occurrence is strongly recommended - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited
