Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 2:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification is considered as a cancellation and must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - Bookings are non-refundable; in case of cancellation by the Customer, any amount already paid to are non-refundable - Any modification on the guests' reservation is subject to admin fees of 200 USD (Two Hundred United States Dollars) - Guests are responsible for subscribing to an all risk travel insurance to cover any or all costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited

WOW WOW WOW. What a stay! We stayed with a group of 29 people and god it was AMAZING. The Chand’s is absolutely stunning, perfectly situated on the beach with amazing views and close to restaurants (a couple of steps away from the front desk).The service was INCREDIBLE, they were contactable ALWAYS and did EVERYTHING they could to make our stay comfortable.I genuinely can’t recommend this amazing Villa more.Thankyou to all the staff for going above and beyond. Wow. This place is perfect. We miss it already. We spent almost a week at The Chands and we loved it so much that we’ll definitely be back. So beautiful, so much space, always clean, great views and we were very well looked after. The final morning having breakfast served in the pool was the icing on the cake. The reception team were 10/10. Beautiful people who genuinely wanted to make sure we were having the time of our lives and that we did. We can’t wait to see everyone again at The Chands in 2025. My wife and I just finished our stay here. It lasted a week and we did not want to leave. Everything was amazing and made it the best possible honeymoon. Yanti provided excellent front desk service our entire week. And the cleaning staff did an amazing job. Whenever we came back in our room, it looked just as good as the first day! The view of the ocean from our villa was truly special. We spent several days just reading in the pool and enjoying the environment. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to spend their honeymoon!

We loved our time in this 3 bedroom Villa and can’t wait to go there again. The location was perfect in between Seminyak and Canggu, the private pool was fabulous and we hardly left the Villa. All the staff and Managers were amazing, great service. and it was so handy to have a variety of beachfront Warungs right outside our front door, and a spa outside our back door. It surpassed our expectations and we highly recommend it

Set out over a sprawling beachside location, each villa has their own private entrance within a secure compound. You can easily spend time together with your group or enjoy some privacy within your own space. Filled with famous restaurants, cafes, bars and shops you can spend a day exploring all that the town has to offer from delicious drinks to independent boutiques. Canggu is closeby to the complex with Finn’s Recreation Club offering the perfect place for a family day out.
