Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 12:00pm (noon) - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 80 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 80 days of the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 75 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 74 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

The Iman Villa is well designed for a luxury stay, with lots of open space and fresh air. Location and design is amazing, but the standards of luxury were not well upheld, which did not allude to the atmosphere of luxury villa marketed. Many of us during our stay did not feel comfortable due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance.From intermittent water pressure and temperatures to dirty cookware and dirty floors and furnishings, it feels like a villa that has lost the appeal it should have, and is no longer worth the price paid

Inside are great, its very spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool are very big, A great view at sunset. But the only things that bother me wa the muddy entrance at front house and the big pole in the middle of a rather small car pole make difficult for a car to park since the entrace are so narrow.

Amazing villa.. If u wanna stay out from noise in Bali u should stay here. The place is so calm and quiet yet it was so luxurious. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 indoor livingroom and outdoor livingroom and diningroom. It was a perfect place to make a private party with ur family or friends. The staffs also friendly and nice.

The Iman Villa is in the village of Pererenan, which lies within the popular Canggu district. Wandering down the lane from the villa will give you a glimpse into traditional Bali life, with its ornate Hindu temples and shops selling household wares and typical Balinese snacks, but Canggu is fast evolving into Bali’s hippest area and its beaches, renowned for sunsets and surf, are just a few kilometres away. Head for nearby Jalan Pantai Batu Balong and you’ll find cool bars, cosy coffee shops, and a great selection of places to eat offering everything from French patisserie to tapas, burgers and vegetarian fare . At Echo Beach, there’s a good choice of restaurants and cafes including The Beach House, offering a daily barbecue and live music on Sundays. Other vibrant music venues include Old Man’s, and Deus Ex Machina. Local boutiques and spas are springing up too, competing with neighbouring Seminyak, just a few kilometres further east.
