The view is very nice and the interior design is very satisfying. However, the butler of the villa is very slow and lazy. We stayed in the main villa and the only good butler staff was a woman who was very helpful.The male staff always joked and talked at the counter, every time we called to ask for something they were very slow to pick up the phone and often did not pick up the phone at all. They were also not ready and always made excuses when asked for something. But the worst thing was that the roof of the living room leaked when it rained and they were very unresponsive.

My extended family stayed here as part of a wedding weekend and it was incredible! Great rooms, plenty of space and wonderful service. The team were so helpful and considerate, even bringing a JBL partybox to the pool area when they notices we were playing music off a tablet!Highly recommend this place for a special occasion.

We are extremely blessed & grateful to find a beautiful place like Pandawa Cliff Estate. We booked out the entire estate: 4 villas for our family & friends for our wedding on 2 November. It was PERFECT. Tina & the team at Pandawa were absolutely amazing; genuine & humble. Their customer service is top tier. If something was wrong it was fixed straight away. Each villa had its own style & the grounds were very spacious. The meals were big & delicious. But the view, is the BEST, so beautiful 😍 Thank you Pandawa for having our big family. Everyone was amazed at the view and commented on finding such a gem. We had an absolute ball celebrating our birthdays & wedding there. Thank you for the beautiful memories 🙏🏾🥰 Linda & Scott xx

We held our wedding at this beautiful villa. From planning to preparing the welcome dinner to all three days of amazing hospitality, all staff at Pandawa Cliff Estate are welcoming and professional. The cliff view is also breathtaking. Would 100% recommend them for weddings and family vacations.

My family and I recently booked the entire estate for five days to host our two-day wedding, and the experience was beyond anything I could have imagined. The impeccable service, the pristine condition of every room, and the unwavering kindness and generosity of the staff made our stay truly unforgettable. The food was also exceptionally delicious, adding to the overall wonderful experience.Throughout our two-day wedding, every detail was meticulously taken care of. For instance, when we needed more water, staff promptly provided bottled water. After the reception, when guests’ belongings were scattered due to impromptu pool jumps, the staff efficiently organized everything for us.The villas and the location are breathtakingly beautiful, enhancing the magical atmosphere of our celebration. I cannot recommend Pandawa more. If anyone is thinking of going there or having their wedding there, it's a easy yes.
