Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 12:00pm (noon) - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 64 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

Staying at the Pines was a wonderful experience! After spending time in Phuket, coming to the Pines villa and Natai beach felt surreal. The beach where the villa is located is very wild and private, one of the most beautiful spots! The villa itself is absolutely beautiful, you can feel the quality in every detail! The staff is very sweet and helpful yet not intrusive. 10/10! Looking forward to going back!

Absolutely favorite for a large family or group of friends. One step from property onto secluded beach or lie in Sala watching the waves brush the beach 2 meters away. Wanted to marry there but that idea was a Covid casualty.

The Pines is a paradise of serenity and premium quality. As an Architect and Designer, I have to say that construction and design are outstanding, using top-quality materials and finishing every moment, taking care of the tiniest detail. My family and I spent a weekend at The Pines with some friends, and we had a great, great experience. The food and service were simply perfect, feeling like a five stars hotel and home simultaneously.

The Pines is situated on the unspoiled sands of Natai Beach and boasts a significant 50-meter beachfront with no immediate neighbours. This gives it a sense of complete privacy and seclusion, rare to find in Phuket. The 25-minute journey from the airport to the villa crosses the bridge that connects the mainland to the island. The route passes through charming palm-fringed local villages, offering you a glimpse of the traditional way of life. A stroll along the beachfront brings you to the jetty. Head here early in the morning to view local fishermen in action. Atleenta Resort and Iniala Beach House are both close by and offer alternative dining options, if you wish for a change of scenery.
