Rental conditions

Reservation conditions
A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 64 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

My friends and I chose The View as we wanted to be close to Intercontinental Samui Hotel to attend a wedding and yet at the same time, we wanted to have our own private space, pool and living/dining area. I must say we have made the RIGHT choice! The Villa has gone beyond our expectations with modern, spacious, clean rooms - most of the rooms even have Apple TV! There is in-house gym in the villa and a projector theatre in the living/lounge area that allows us to hang out and karaoke together. Not to mention the breathtaking sunset views from this villa and the exceptionally service from the villa staff! We spent most of our time and did everything in the villa, from yoga, gym, swimming, karaoke to feasting! The property is on a clifftop but it has a private access to the beach and just a short walk to Intercontinental Hotel. I will definitely stay at this place when I return to Koh Samui in the future!
Location
The View is a visually-stunning residence located on 2,100 square metres of land, overlooking the ocean. Just 40 minutes from the airport, it is located in the less touristy, south-west part of the island, which is considered a ‘slice of paradise’.
