The main pavilion features a spacious living/dining room, a media room, and two kitchens. Outside, there’s an infinity pool and sundeck, an open-air dining pavilion, a relaxing beach area, and a sea-front terrace with steps leading into the water. The living and dining room is tastefully furnished and the media room boasts a 55-inch international-channel TV and Blu-ray DVD player. The 15-meter infinity pool overlooks a private beach, complete with relaxing pavilions and a volleyball court. Take in the breathtaking ocean and coastal views from the stone terrace equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. The upstairs master suite offers luxury and privacy, with a wraparound balcony, walk-in wardrobe, and a designer bathtub. The downstairs master suite provides immediate access to the pool and gardens. Guest bedrooms have their own private entrances and balconies or terraces with sea views. Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 12:00pm (noon) - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 64 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

It’s an amazing place. We had all we needed for our perfect holiday. The Villa is very clean and tidy, comes with a breathtaking view, a big swimming pool and direct access to the sea. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff, thanks to them our stay felt exceptional. We would love to spend our holiday in the Villa again in the future.

Upon entering the villa, you are greeted with a extra wide glass windows that lead you to the tranquil ocean. Extra access to 2 gazebos, a large pool, a beach volleyball court and of course the ocean.Yet, the most significant aspect of this villa, is their staff members. Beyond the best. Made us feel really special and taken care of. Extrenely polite, clean and poised. Should have spend more time here. Will be back..

Tirta Nila is a special piece of paradise. On the ocean shore, private, elegant, with tasty home-made meals prepared by wonderful team. They are very friendly, yet unobtrusive, here if you need them to help with anything. The house itself is splendid and offers an understated luxury with special touches of color and elegance, lush garden and flowers, marvelous pool, and your own coral reef just steps away in the ocean. But, what makes it even better is the team, their smiles, helpfulness, perfect mie goreng, smell of banana bread, breakfast in the bale, and smell of incense when the staff make offerings in the morning... We miss it and them already.

This is something absolutely new :) not first time in Bali and really surprised about Candidasa! So qiute place.. sooo tender colurs of sunset sky. What to say about villa - it was perfect for our big families. we had our oun sandy beach where we could play valleyball!! The villa manager is really kind and helpfull. Great place for great holidays. Wish to stay there longer...
Location
Villa Tirta Nila is located within the quiet and natural environs of Mendira Beach in the tiny fishing village of Sengkidu, three kilometres from Candisasa on Bali’s east coast. There is very little in the immediate area apart from a series of small beaches, coconut groves and banana plantations, and a traditional village and temple. It is safe for swimming here and the reef immediately in front of the villa offers good snorkelling. One kilometre up the lane are several hotels with restaurants and bars and a small sandy beach, which is safe for swimming. There is a charming collection of restaurants and simple souvenir shops in Candidasa.
