Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 2:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification is considered as a cancellation and must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - Bookings are non-refundable; in case of cancellation by the Customer, any amount already paid to are non-refundable - Any modification on the guests' reservation is subject to admin fees of 200 USD (Two Hundred United States Dollars) - Guests are responsible for subscribing to an all risk travel insurance to cover any or all costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited

Stayed in the master room and it was spacious and comfortable with a pool view. The hospitality offered by villa staff was really good. Breakfast was included in our package. They’d lay out different style of breakfast along with fresh cut fruits, juice etc. I requested for coffee every day and they made one to perfection :)

Hosts Anna and Meigi were flexible and accommodating towards our specific needs during the booking.The villa looked just as remarkable as in the photos, and were clean and looked new. The villa staff were friendly and serving us throughout the day from breakfast until dinner. They even helped us get various inflatable floats to play with in the swimming pool.When we needed to get to nearby places, they did not hesitate to fetch us on their bikes. Just an important was the villas location, which was located on a rather pristine stretch with a security check that made us feel like we were staying in a safe and luxurious location.Overall we would definitely recommend this villa for big groups and would love to go back again.

Very quiet, clean and tidy. Managed by very courteous, efficient and trained staff. Beautiful experience. The people are also trained how to speak to a guest. The people are very humble and they also talk to you in a soft voice which makes a difference especially so when you come from a place where the language has a strong accent and the body language does not convey respect. Makes all of this an excellent tourist spot.

Our stay at Villa Abakoi was amazing. From the minute we walked through the doors it exceeded our expectation. We were instantly transported into luxurious holiday mode by Nala and his incredible team. Many hours of our holiday were spent in the incredible pool, outdoor area and the open dining and lounge room. Meaning that our group of 14 had space to spread out but still be inclusive.The peaceful private lane that was the access to our villa also helped give an air of relaxation, whilst being in a great location close to the beach, eat street, Seminyak Square and massages galore.Highly recommend this as a holiday destination for families or friends traveling together

Villa Abakoi is located in a quiet lane, just off of Jalan Drupadi in the heart of Seminyak. The location is quiet and yet you are within walking distance of Seminyak Beach (1,5km) and the renowned Oberoi Road, better known as ‘eat street’ (850m). Choose between swimming and surfing at the beach, a day of shopping at trendy shopping boutiques and fashion stores or lounging by the pool in your holiday home on Bali island. There are lots of charming coffee bars around as well as exclusive spas and high-end dining venues. For sunset, sip cocktails at KU DE TA Beach Club (1,7km) or at the charming beach bars at Seminyak Beach such as La Plancha (1,6km). It takes around 24 minutes to drive to Bali’s international airport by car.
