This is a lovely villa that is well maintained by staff. It is clean. Beautiful views. Managed to keep mosquitoes away which is great for Bali!The staff (Komang & daughter etc were very accomodating, helpful, caring) were excellent - we could not have asked for better staff. The staff were also quick to rectify issues, ie broken shower head, on the same day.. Helping to organise massages and drivers etc. 5/5 for staff.The Villa urgently needs to get some road signage as it’s seems very difficult for drivers (Grab/Gojek) to find their way here. Proved to be a constant challenge even with Villa staff directing drivers. Location isn’t fantastic unless you want to be away from the hustle and bustle.The main area lacks any form of entertainment ie TV or pool table.. this would elevate the Villa. Some areas needs to be looked at ie new shower heads and maybe shower curtains.. brighter bulbs in the bathrooms.. Can’t otherwise fault the Villa and experience.Well done to the staff!

Beautiful, clean villa in a wonderful setting facing the rice fields, giving you a rare sense of Tranquility. Considering how close you are to Seminyak and all the hotspots quite extraordinary! The Villa comes with an incredible amount of space which allowed us to undertake our sporting activities and kids could run around. Staff are super nice, especially Komang the butler

Best villa I've ever stayed at in Bali! After 2 months I didn't want to leave, and I will miss it a lot! The location is amazing, as it's close to everything you need - it is also quiet & peaceful. Not to mention the amazing rice field view 😍 The villa is so spacious, great living room, big pool, and even has a mini field attached to it where you can train, do yoga or other sports' activities - suuuuper convenient! The rooms are stylish & cozy, with comfy beds & nice bathrooms in each. The rooms were cleaned EVERY DAY & the servic Overall, the villa is in great condition & you can tell that the designer did a superb job.Now about the staff: such amazing & kind people! We really got used to them & it was hard to leave 😥 They were always helpful & made sure that we had the best stay ever! Thank you once again & I hope to be back again soon!I absolutely recommend this place, and guarantee that you will love it aa much as we did!

Awesome Villa with the assistance of Putu and the team tending to your needs from morning to 6pm! Property is clean and nice with a view of the padi field! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

We've visited a few local villas over the years in Bali. But this place is pure heaven on earth! Such a great set up for groups or families of 10pax+ and what a friendly and helpful staff too! Location is perfect close to everything and quiet as need be. We had the best time and would recommend anyone who is looking for the best spot to stay in Bali. Hurry up it is in high demand too!!
