Rental conditions

Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 64 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

Their villa is so beautiful, the location, the view, the service, the house itself. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway in phuket, it’s located in Kamala (Phuket’s most luxury and serene district). Don’t forget to request their bbq service, you can choose from various fresh seafood, an add on that really makes the whole experience better.

A beautiful 4-bedroom beach front property on Kamala beach. Rooms are very nice. The 20-meter infinite pool is perfect to enjoy a beautiful day. The outdoor seating for breakfast or dinner with ocean view is just incredible. Highly recommend.

Fabulous luxury stay!! We chose the Casa de Playa Phuket for our special celebration as we liked the look of this luxury comtemporary house, which did not disappoint. We had a late night check-in, our butler was ready to show us to our suite, pool and other areas. The front of the room is facing out to the sea was gorgeous and surpassed the photos we had seen. Each day our butlers would greet us and check with us if they could assist us with anything to make our stay the best so a very big thanks. We really enjoyed the daily breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails! The staff were so helpful and we definitely recommend going for a suite for that extra special occasion. It is quite a big luxury house at the front beach so you can really appreciate the service mind of the staffs and organisation that goes into making it a great stay for their guests.
