Rental conditions

- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval

Reservation conditions

- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more

Cancellation policy

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 64 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation - Christmas and New Year Period: For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the villa's owner secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation.

Fabulous time at Villa Blue last week which they like to call the Low Season (October) - honestly I couldn’t think of a better time to go - the weather ,despite a couple of hours rain every day, was spectacular and the temperature lovely. The villa itself is beautiful and has one of the most spectacular views you will ever experience and for me as golfer brilliantly located as it’s just 15 mins from Santiburi Golf Club which itself had half price green fees as it was low season. Will definitely be returning next year.

This place is special - Very special !!I’ve been lucky enough to travel a lot in my time and have stayed in some wonderful places. This villa beats them all.Beautifully designed, spotlessly clean with unrivalled views. I’ve never seen sunsets like it. Top this with the most wonderful staff and you have the perfect holiday destination.The only downside is you eventually have to leave.Thank you so much for our stay. We cannot wait to return

The villa is just a twenty-minute drive to the trendy area of Bangrak, where the likes of Chi Samui and Tembo Beach club can be found. For something more local in flavor, Bang Por Beach is just a few minutes by car for some of the best authentic Thai seafood restaurants on the island.
