We stayed at Blue Villa with our two-year-old daughter and another couple with their seven-month-old daughter. We were incredibly impressed with the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, especially Sugar, who managed the villa with such care. The view from the villa was breathtakingly beautiful, and the chef prepared food to a very high standard, in some cases even better than most five-star resorts on the island. Our stay was truly incredible, and by the end, we felt like we had made friends with the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and our young children, and we all hope to return one day. One thing to note is that the driveway is very steep, so it's best to have the staff drive you up and down, as taxis might struggle with the hill. Thanks to Sugar and her team for everything!"

A group of friends and I was recently stayed here 2 nights. The view is stunning and the place is very clean and beautiful and staffs are kind and lovely. However, the sub road from the main road to the villa is very steep so that a normal sedan car or a van can't drive up the hill, only a pickup, a truck or a high hp car can drive up and the renter didn't mention about that before so it was the problem for us because it's hard for us to go up and down from the villa and it was very unconvinience to walk to the beach on foot.

I recently stayed at Blue View and I must say that it was a dream! Blue View was the perfect location for my friend's bachelorette celebration. Whilst it is a cliffside property, we were close enough to be able to access the beach when we wanted to (by car). However, we spent most days taking advantage of the infinity pool as well as got meals prepared for us by a chef. The Villa Manager even managed to organize private massages and spa services which we were able to enjoy right from the poolside sala.All rooms were cleaned daily and the airconditioning worked perfectly - a nice escape from the sun. We could not have picked a better location to celebrate a friend (as well as take tons of beautiful pictures!).Thank you!

We recently spent four days here with a group of friends. Quiet possibly one of, if not the best villa on the island. First class service and lovely house staff who run the place like a high end hotel. The villa is spacious, clean and modern. The pool and view really is the showstopper. We felt as if were swimming suspended in the air. A truly unique experience.

I will tell you that this was the worse experience I have ever had in my attempt to stay at a villa/hotel outside of my home. I arrived with my wife and I as a newly wed, in an attempt to stay at a luxuries place for our honeymoon. We arrived at the Villa and we were greeted by a gentlemen who was taking our luggage inside. As we walked in, we notice a moldy smell and noticed a lot of rust and mildew in the house. We also noticed it was very hot, but continued on to see the rooms.The host told us that the 2 rooms on the first floor are locked but are available if needed, and that the master bedroom is available for us. I asked the host to unlock all the rooms so we can see what we have available to us. When we went to the rooms, it was 95 degrees F, which means you would get a heat stroke if you made an attempt to sleep in there. We asked why the air is not on, and the host simply replied that we turn the air on when the guest demands it. So i demanded for the air-condition to be turned on though out the whole house since the weather is in the 90's and we want to feel comfortable.All the rooms were extremely humid and temperatures were unbearable. Once the air-condition was turned on, after 10 minutes, the Power went out. I then put two and two together and asked the host whether this villa has Power. They responded with a bogus explanation that the government turned the power off and that they are using a Generator to power the house. So it all made sense to me to why they didn't want to put the Air-conditioning on, so that the generator would not be overwhelmed and go off.They then turned the generator back on, and again within a few minutes, it turned off again. My wife began to cry as the honeymoon we dreamt of having was crumbling before our eyes. I waited for 45 minutes to see if things got better and I noticed more defects and disgust. The generator kept turning off and things only got worse and hotter. I finally said enough, and I told the host we have to leave this place now. I called Agoda to explain the situation. Agoda got on the phone with the host and the host confirmed the disaster. We were told we would receive a full refund. The owner of the villa refused to give the booking agency the refund and now the booking agency is trying to figure out a way to get my money back. And this is no small amount as you can see on the receipt I have attached.Its a shame that the owner of the Villa refused to give us our money back, and its a bigger shame that he would not even give us notice of the issues and tried to hide the ball so that he can keep our money. I even contacted the owner 2 hours prior to us landing on the island to let him know we will be on time, and he reassured us everything is ready and in place. Instead of helping us, he tried to make us feel bad about how poor the workers in Thailand are and they would be out of work for a week and that he will not refund us the money.So as I promised him, I wrote the review to make everyone aware of what you can happen to you! My wife and I found another place 10 minutes away that laughed at the excuse of "government shut the power off" because they had power just fine.
