Check-in time: 2:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on availability, early/late check-in/-out may be available at no extra charge - Early Check–in: From 10:00am and onwards – 50% of the regular daily rate Before 10:00am – 100% of the regular daily rate - Late Check-out: Until 6:00pm – 50% of the regular rate After 6:00pm – 100% of the regular daily rate - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval - Guests shall be aware that for travelling to Indonesia the passport must be valid at least 6 months from the date of entry in Indonesia

A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more

Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if cancelling within 1 and 64 days of arrival - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited - Please note that reducing the Rental Period is not an amendment but a partial cancellation
