I have trouble with finding the right words to describe this little piece of heaven. Everything was absolutelly amazing. Staff, garden, villas, food, swimming pool. There are 3 villas that can accomodate 2 people each, so even travelling with friends/family you all have privacy. There's also shared villa with swimming pool, table, sun beds, hudge sofa, kitchen, coffee machine, fridge...name it :) The staff stays on the property, but we've never felt our privacy was invaded in any way. They can prepare you a meals just for the cost of groceries - I recommend this option, food was amazing. You can also ask Kelum to book massage for you. The stay was worth the price!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the splendid Kumara Villa, a peaceful retreat tucked away in a side road in Weligama. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were transported into our own private jungle, with lush greenery and wildlife surrounding us in all areas.One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking views that could be enjoyed from every angle, but especially in the common area and pool - it truly felt like a paradise on earth. We rented scooters to explore Weligama and were pleasantly surprised to find out that our hotel was located at a 6 minute scooter ride from the main beach.Kelum, the property manager, and the rest of the staff were incredibly accommodating, making sure that all of our needs were met and that we were comfortable throughout the stay. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable as possible.Overall, staying at Kumara was nothing short of exceptional. The secluded location, stunning views, and wonderful staff all contributed to an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious escape in a beautiful natural setting.

I mean what can I say? It was like I was teleported to Bali! Beautiful property managed by the talented Eden villas management (contact them). It compensates for being inland by being an absolutely gorgeous property. Has some lovely caretakers and a world class Gardner! Rooms are ideal for couples and they have three villa type rooms. Ideal for a scenic getaway.

Absolute paradise!! Just down the road from both Mirissa and Weligama, but so secluded it feels like you have the whole island to yourself. The staff here are incredible and will make sure your stay in luxury is one that you will never forget. The common area is well laid out with huge day bed to look over the infinity pool and even a Nespresso machine for those struggling to find a decent coffee. The ultimate place to de-stress and one you will never want to leave!
