Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 2:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification is considered as a cancellation and must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - Bookings are non-refundable; in case of cancellation by the Customer, any amount already paid to are non-refundable - Any modification on the guests' reservation is subject to admin fees of 200 USD (Two Hundred United States Dollars) - Guests are responsible for subscribing to an all risk travel insurance to cover any or all costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited

Villa Latima was a great villa to stay in, very central to food and shopping. Great service at Villa with daily breakfast included. Meals were awesome as well as the service by the house keeping staff.

What a top spot! Fantastic villa- 5 star residence. Easy to walk to great restaurants, beach isn’t too far away either. We had breakfast included everyday which was good value and tasty. The staff were great too, keeping everything clean, tidy and well maintained. They helped us out with organising massages, bikes and laundry which meant we had less to worry about on our holiday. It really is excellent accommodation if you’re looking for a little bit of luxury and enough space for the whole family.

Villa Latima is AMAZING! Honestly, the staff are absolutely phenomenal, so kind, welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful! The Villa is so spacious, 6 bedrooms ALL with their own bathrooms and Air-con! Wifi provided for those who are technically savvy or for the kiddies if they need a wind down! Massive lounge room and dining table and the pool area is beautiful! Everything you need in one area! I couldn't recommend Villa Latima any higher, absolute perfection in every aspect! We can not wait to come back!

Our extended family of 11 stayed for 11 days in January 2025. The villa was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The pool was perfect for cooling down and the location was great- close to shops, restaurants, spas and shopping. The staff were exceptional. Breakfast everyday was included and it was delicious and generous. The staff were helpful, friendly and could not do enough to ensure our stay was perfect.

Day 2 in Bali. I was part of a group so didn’t make the booking. I was pleasantly surprised as the villa appears to be serviced. The staff so graciously waiting for our late arrival and supplied some much needed refreshments. The villa is beautiful, clean and spacious which is amazing for a large group like ours. The staff are amazing and have been super friendly. Appears to be near enough to plenty of shops and nightlife Definitely recommend .
