What an amazing Villa made even more special by the Staff. My Husband and I stayed there with 2 other couples and from the moment we arrived we felt cared for and relaxed. Gusti and his Team were exceptional and nothing was difficult. We will definitely be back !

I stayed at Villa Lulito for 10 nights. The staff were outstanding, really helpful and beautiful people, always smiling and genuinely wanting to help make our experience in Bali memorable and easy. The Villa was always neat, clean and tidy. The bedrooms were made up daily with fresh towels. The aircon was a welcome relief and made sleeping and night very comfortable. The food/cooking arrangement was fantastic, the food was always delicious and presented how we asked. I would recommend Villa Lulito to anyone. I really cannot wait to return.

Villa Lulito is suffering serious plumbing and sewerage issues which was raised to the villa staff, Mr Gusti and his team on our day of arrival. This includes water that does not drain into the sink or tubs. Several broken sinks. Faulty water heaters which meant 2 days of cold showers for us. And finally, an issue where the waste water or sewerage bubbles to the top causing the whole room and place to smell like sewerage. (absolutely gross!)This was the breaking point for us.What was meant to be a family holiday with 3 young kids and my elderly mum had become an utter nightmare. In her bedroom with the sewerage smell, and the broken sink, the villa team proceeded to stick 7 packets of moth balls at all the ventilation points in an attempt to mask the smell. This included the air con ducts and the toilet exhaust fan ducts.The morning after, my elderly mum who is severely asthmatic woke up coughing, breathless and with bright red rashes all over her body and her face. She is now being treated in hospital.We love Bali, but this was a nightmare of a trip that we had to cut short because of how dire the situation had become and the lack of accountability on the part of the villa management to promptly find a solve to the issue when it was raised. I am writing this as to make sure no one else has to suffer this until these plumbing and sewerage issues are fully resolved.As I write this, I am still awaiting someone from Elite Havens to have return my call.

We were a group of six adults and two toddlers that spent a week at Villa Lulito recently! What a wonderful home in Bali - spacious, well equipped and top notch service!We’ve been to Seminyak several times and can confidently say that it’s hard to beat the Villa’s location - it’s close to the beach, the best hotels, the beach clubs and restaurants and shops! Nothing is more than a few mins walk away, but if you don’t want to battle the heat, you have a large car and driver at your service all day!The villa has a large pool, lots of comfortable spaces for your friends and family to gather around - more casually near the kitchen, or in a large air-conditioned and dining room. The villa staff are always around to help rustle up a meal, go to the super market for any drinks/snacks and to keep the villa clean and tidy.A big thank you to Gusti, the villa manager, and his team - Ari, Indra, Patris, Putra, Madi and Richard - for making our stay truly wonderful!The only negative feedback I have is that the pillows in the bedrooms are very large and hard, and that the towels could do with an upgrade.

Villa Lulito was an amazing stay. The staff were very lovely and looked after us extremely well. Tucked in a nice spot around the corner from the heart of Seminyak with lots to do! Can’t recommend Villa Lulito enough!! Look forward to coming back next time! Thanks again to you all 😊
