We spent our olidays in the smaller 4-bedroom villa last year. It was so amazing so that we organized our yearly family gathering there this year. 23 persons plus 3 babies had an awesome time! We are sure to come back soon. Thank you to all the warm-hearted staff!

Best Villa for the big family or large group of the people. Each room in Villa is very spacious. There are two sections of Villa, one side has 4 bedrooms and another side has 7 bedrooms. Total of 11 bedrooms. Each section has individual large swimming pool. You can rent the whole Villa or individual section depending on the requirements.The onsite manager, chef and staff are very professional and friendly.

Good staff Villa is in perfect place Big and sunny, 7 bedrooms is ok for group Was built on 2006, needs renew a furniture1 star because of one situation happend to us in April 2022We rented this villa for 2 month (longest stay from year 2016)Then decided to extend it for 1 more monthAfter 2 weeks of extended month owner of this villa came and brought his family, made the situation that we have to check out 7.04 but our stay was planned till 22.04, what seriously harmed our plans for being in Baliit was a real show put on by the owner of the villa. First he said that this villa was booked through the site and paid by other people from 7.04. then it turned out that his family and friends were coming, and we were simply kicked out of the villa. he even brought the police because supposedly we were having a party and the neighbors called the police.Also management company of this villa didn’t pay a commission to our agent for extended 2 weeks.Situation is completely out of costumer relation.

We spent 5 fantastic nights at Villa Mandalay for our Wedding week. From the moment we entered the grounds everyone was in utter awe of the villa. 13 of us over 7 bedrooms, and everyone loved every minute of it.We cannot speak more highly of Suka & the team that took care of us, they knew when to get involved and when to disappear for some chilling time, they were always found hanging at the front of the villa ready to assist.The food was excellent, ground immaculate and the pool was the most utilized during our stay we spent many moments cooling off.Our wedding felt like one out of a magazine, beautiful locations and we could not fault one thing on the day. The team at Villa catered and served at our wedding, it was absolute brilliant.Thank you Villa Mandalay for the most amazing unforgettable experience and for being part of our special memories.
