Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 2:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification is considered as a cancellation and must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - Bookings are non-refundable; in case of cancellation by the Customer, any amount already paid to are non-refundable - Any modification on the guests' reservation is subject to admin fees of 200 USD (Two Hundred United States Dollars) - Guests are responsible for subscribing to an all risk travel insurance to cover any or all costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited

Too many good things to write down, so I’m reviewing in bullet points: - I’m giving the overall experience BIG 5 stars! :) - gorgeous and spacious villa with large rooms (that were villas themselves) - exceptional service, friendliness, and attentiveness of staff. They were especially patient anticipating (we had kids with us) - neat and clean at all times which was super important for us because we traveled with kids. - the level of personalization was exceptional: for example, we were a big group and all of us could personalize our preferred breakfast options. There is basically nothing the staff couldn’t do. And the food was great too. - safety: We felt comfortable and save throughout the whole stay. Stayed here with a group of 15+ to celebrate a wedding anniversary! The service is impeccable and they're friendly, helpful and conscientious. There's enough space and communal areas for people to both spend time together and find some quiet time when needed.

What a stunning villa, spacious and perfect for large groups. Love the tasteful decor. Ayu the villa manager took great care of us and the staff are all friendly and helpful. All our guests enjoyed the space, 2 pools, and unblocked view of the rice paddies. We’ve stayed at Mannao more than once and we’ll keep returning with friends.

I can't describe how beautiful the villa is! The villa is very well-maintained, spacious, clean, and neat. In terms of location, it is close to Petitenget Seminyak where I can find my favorite Monsieur Spoon and a short drive to Seminyak center or Canggu. Definitely will be coming back to stay in this villa!
Location
The villa is located in a quiet gang amongst other villas on Jalan Merta Sari no78 in Kerobokan. Bali’s international airport is just 13 km away, passing Kuta and Seminyak. The easiest way of getting around is by motorbike (don’t forget to wear a helmet and drive slowly), the staff will be happy to assist you in renting one. For those who don’t dare to participate in Bali’s slightly chaotic traffic, there are metered blue bird taxi’s available on call and for day-trips the staff can arrange a car and driver to get your around safely at an affordable price.
