Overall the villa is nice and clean, well located and the staff are friendly but not sure it is worth the high price. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool for our entire stay due to excessive acid levels/ineffective pool maintenance. We were not informed of this on the day we checked in and only learnt of it when our children jumped in and came out covered in red rashes/hives. As the pool is shaded in the afternoon it was cold so luckily the children didn't go under water and damage their eyes. To be honest it spoilt our holiday as we had to go out every day to a beach club to use the pool which is quite costly and defeats the purpose of staying in a villa. The biggest issue we faced was with the management company (the Luxe Nomad) so I would recommend booking through another agency if you just want to relax and not have the constant stress of trying to deal with them on a daily basis. We didn't actually plan to stay in this villa but were moved there by the management company (the Luxe Nomad) as there was construction at the villa we had originally booked through them. They offered minimal compensation for the inconvenience of moving and disrupting our holiday and a free breakfast (which we declined) after the pool incident. My eldest son still has a nasty rash from the chemicals so we are very dubious about staying in another Bali villa after this experience.

Can't praise the team enough for this villa, From the booking to stay until check out everything is perfect! Shout out to Yuli, Wiwin and Putu Edi who's make our stay wonderful :)) The villa have everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, harman kardon speaker (love this so much), beautiful interior. The villa is in well maintenance, no molding whatsoever. There's night security guarding from the evening outside the villa, so it feels safe. For those who's not familiar with motorbike or bali's road, please take a note that the lane (quite big) to the villa is not a smooth paving, it still just a short through so no problem for me at all. Pepito market is 10 minute away

Villa Nonnavana is a really gorgeous property! The interiors were contemporary and luxe. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathrooms - making it all seem like a master bedroom! We were a group of 8 and the villa more than comfortably fit all of us. The pool and yard was also great for staying in and relaxing! The hammock by the pool deck was also a nice touch! Location is also central and was really close to cafes, restaurants and boutiques. This made it easy for us to get around the area. We also had the host arrange a private day tour for us at a good price!
