Step into the upper level and you’ll find a large bathroom/shower room, toilet, and a dining table for four. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need, including a cooking hob, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer, as well as cutlery, crockery, and utensils.
Indulge in the high-end decor of Villa Poda, adorned with Samui and Thai objets d’art that add a cultural touch to the contemporary penthouse. The open-plan living area is fully air-conditioned and also features ceiling fans for your comfort. The upper level is home to two bedrooms: an en-suite master bedroom with a double sink, rain shower, toilet, and ample storage space, as well as a twin-bed room with a bathroom at the foot of the stairs.

Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 12:00pm (noon) - except Comoon Villas, Villa Malouna and Villa Malabar (10:30am) - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 3 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 45 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 45 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more

Villa Poda @Comoon Boutique Villas is nestled in mountainous tropical palm tree forests of Chaweng Noi that flow from luscious greenery, into the tempting turquoise shores of Chaweng Beach. This ideal location offers guests the ability to enjoy peace and privacy and yet in minutes can be immersed in the buzz of the vibrant and electric Chaweng. With it’s vast range of eateries from 5 star to rustic, to it’s stunning beaches reported to be some of the best in Thailand and lets not forget the Aladdin’s cave of boutiques, that will satisfy the hungriest of shopaholic’s. A short distance further are the stunning beaches of Lamai with it’s own beach town vibe, again filled with shops, bars and restaurants. Equally a short distance in the other direction is the ever famous Bophut, Fisherman’s Village with it’s wildly popular Walking Street Friday market. Local amenities such as supermarkets, hospitals and the airport are no more than 5 – 15 minutes away.
