We held our wedding party at The Pala and Rose last week and had the best experience we could ask for!Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with wet towels, snacks and drinks. They also did a walk through of the villa to ensure that all the extra beds we requested for, are in place.During our stay, they provided impeccable service and were always prompt in answering to our requests. They have clearly hosted many large groups and weddings before because they were really organised in handling all matters (orders, bills, etc.)Our guests left a few items behind and the staff also helped to deliver it via gojek to us.Special shout out to Rizal, Agung and Juli for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable! You guys were amazing!

We held our wedding at this beautiful villa. From planning to preparing the welcome dinner to all three days of amazing hospitality, all staff at Pandawa Cliff Estate are welcoming and professional. The cliff view is also breathtaking. Would 100% recommend them for weddings and family vacations.

My family and I recently booked the entire estate for five days to host our two-day wedding, and the experience was beyond anything I could have imagined. The impeccable service, the pristine condition of every room, and the unwavering kindness and generosity of the staff made our stay truly unforgettable. The food was also exceptionally delicious, adding to the overall wonderful experience.Throughout our two-day wedding, every detail was meticulously taken care of. For instance, when we needed more water, staff promptly provided bottled water. After the reception, when guests’ belongings were scattered due to impromptu pool jumps, the staff efficiently organized everything for us.The villas and the location are breathtakingly beautiful, enhancing the magical atmosphere of our celebration. I cannot recommend Pandawa more. If anyone is thinking of going there or having their wedding there, it's a easy yes.

Stayed in Pandawa Cliff Estate to celebrate a time away from home and to hold our wedding. Not only this place made us feel at home, but this estate has exceeded our expectation. The staff’s hospitality is beyond imaginable, the view is breathtaking. The surrounding is just refreshing! It was honestly perfect! It’s very spacious and extremely clean!! We didn’t want to leave this place. Great place to unwind and spend time with your friend & family. Staff will also very attentive & helpful! Worth every penny!! Great experience overall. Definitely would come back.

Wow! I just had my wedding here and we had 32 people stay across the 3 villas. Besides the view, what makes Pandawa Cliff estate so special is the staff! They are amazing, they are helpful, cook incredible food, have everything you need from speakers to table tennis, to a spa. They were always offering help and even did the most beautiful welcome dinner for us (all white, candles and flowers) at an amazing price. The food was 5 star quality and our rooms were cleaned twice a day. I can’t wait to come back with a family one day. It is worth the price compared to other resorts as everything get included is amazing. The spa was some of the best massages we had in Bali (all our guests got one and thought it was incredible). They were also amazing with kids, as they have kid facilities and they were always helping with the children that we had offering baby sitting so the parents got a break. It is also wheelchair friendly and the butlers were so helpful with our friend who was in a wheelchair. Thank you for everything!!
