Not only does this villa cater to adults, but children are also well-provided for. The upper floor features a spacious and colorful children’s dorm with contemporary bunk beds, and another room offers stylish sleepovers with six single beds. Achieve a harmonious balance between indoor and outdoor living as you explore the various spaces and levels of this impressive residence. The beach level offers sunbeds, a large lawn for games and events, a spa sala, a beach bar, and a panorama deck with a jacuzzi for six guests. On the pool level, enjoy a large dining and living area, a coffee/breakfast corner, a multi-use area for various activities, and a pool sala exclusively for our guests. The arrival level features a front office/lobby, a welcome deck, a gym, three bedrooms, and two dorms. The remaining four bedrooms are located on levels two and three. Rental conditions
Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 11:00am - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 64 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

Had an amazing stay, the accommodation is fantastic, very conveniently located, near the airport and Main Street, the villa is beautiful and spacious, all 8 rooms are extremely nice and well equipped, but above all the staff was outstanding, extremely helpful and friendly, the best food we had in the island was cooked by the chefs at the house.

Beautiful, comfortable and private, our retreat is truly a success for the location alone. From the moment we arrived, to the excellent service and exquisite meals, we have had nothing but top of the line service. Our rooms are constantly managed, with nothing ever out of place. Each meal is freshly prepared by the very best chefs and the layout just as beautiful as the food tastes, pleasing not just the taste buds but our complete sensory package.If coming here, you will be very content and thoroughly satisfied. Simply amazing. Probably one of the best places if ever been. Staff is great always available. The private chef is amazing and prepares tasty Thai food. Rooms a great especially the master bedroom. Spa close to it is amazing and the therapists are really great and professional. The one negative point is the beach which isn't that beautiful. If you're looking for a place with friends definitely go there
