The guest kitchen is fully equipped with extras like an espresso machine and wine fridge, while the staff kitchen remains hidden behind closed doors. On the upper level, you’ll find a comfortable air-conditioned TV lounge with plush sofas and a 52-inch TV. Additionally, there is a desk, a shelf of books about Bali, and a Yamaha piano, making this room perfect for various activities. The shaded terraces on both floors of the two-story wing provide private relaxation areas with casual seating and daybeds. Outside, there are plenty of spaces to enjoy the outdoors. Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 12:00pm (noon) - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 80 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 80 days of the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 75 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 74 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

A very comfortable villa for a large family. In total there are 4 rooms with 'Really Balinese' outdoor bathrooms. The entire villa is very spacious, the swimming pool is large and there are lots of areas to sit and relax. The yard is also very large, making it perfect for holidays with the family. There are also many cafes and food stalls around the villa, the location is quite strategic.
