We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sielen Diva, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The place exudes a surreal charm that instantly made us feel at ease. The serene ambiance and breathtaking scenery created a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making every interaction feel personal and special. The food was absolutely delicious—each meal was a treat for the senses. We felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for maximum relaxation.Sielen Diva is a place we would happily visit again and again, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil and a beautiful getaway. A perfect retreat in every sense!

So we checked in our Sielen Diva room, expected as simple as a working AC. Instead we got a room which is burning hell, as the room overlooks the sun all day, and they properly uses untainted and normal glass! We turned on the AC and waited for 15 mins but the AC couldn’t handle cooling the room. When we complained the manager told us to close the curtains in order for the AC to work! So this is the sheerest nonsense: 1) the room AC was already turned ON when we arrived , and curtains were closed! 2) when we opened the curtain to enjoy the ‘seas view’ we paid extra for, the manager asked us to close the curtains so the room doesn’t heat 3) when we asked to check out and find ourself somewhere else to go, they couldn’t give any damn in finding us another room or even helping, they let us go and refused a refund, till today!!!Mind you, the welcome for not Sri Lankan at all, the staff didn’t know what bottled water is and refused to get us one until my husband insisted, which they later charged us for 5$, instead of being kind.We later went to Candella house after immediately leaving the property, and by far was is the best stay we’ve had, not to mention their kind care. Check my review there!DO NOT BOOK!

The most beautiful, professional and well located hotel. We stayed with our 18 month old baby and the staff were always so accommodating. The menu and food from breakfast to dinner is a dream… I could eat there all day! We cannot wait to return to this place! Highly recommend- don’t think twice, book for a beautiful experience by the sea in SriLanka.

Beautiful design hotel with 7 rooms, stunning sea view and excellent staff. We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time, mainly enjoying the sea view from the nice pool. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and proactive, especially in the first 2 days of our stay. The room was spacious, modern and super clean.The breakfast was delicious, the dinner (we only had dinner in the hotel on one evening) was ok. There are plenty very good dinner alternatives around.If you’re staying here, you will most likely need to pay higher prices for the transportation via Tuk Tuk if needed. The local Tuk Tuk drivers in front of the hotel gate built a monopoly and ask for prices that are 200-400% above market prices. They defend their monopoly by threatening other drivers, e.g. Uber drivers that want to enter the gate to pick up a customer. This is the only small downside of the otherwise super nice hotel. Since the hotel can’t do anything against this situation (several attempts failed according to hotel management), it still deserves a 5-star rating.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights; it was the most beautiful, serene stay. The property's sea view was breathtaking. The service of the staff was incredible; the staff were very polite, and kind and gave us an amazing service. Their hospitality is stunning. We visited many countries and stayed at different beach resorts but nothing could do the magic this resort did for us. We could spend hours just sitting in the resort with this amazing view. Would like to thank Tanuja and Shafila, for making this trip most memorable. The property had amazing security and food; the chef gave us a lip-smacking Sri Lankan Breakfast. A must-visit place for a peaceful stay from the everyday hustle of work life to rejuvenate and recoup mental and physical energy.
