Rental conditions
- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 12:00pm (noon) - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
- A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 64 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited

The perfect villa for any occasion -- I've stayed a few times now, both with colleagues and with friends/couples. It's in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing by the pool or taking a sauna... but it also has plenty of room for a gathering with multiple spots to congregate and a great sound system. The rooms and beds are very comfortable - one night I slept for 12 hours. Picture perfect views and a team of professional staff on-site to assist with anything you need. The only downside is there is limited parking.

This was a secret treat for the family. The room is very nice and clean. The pool is amazing and has a wonderful view. You could literally stay here all day and not have to leave the place.

One of the highlights of this villa is the view of the blue ocean water on its front. Of course the location is super quiet. The staff and service are amazing. We had a great time just relaxing the entire weekend enjoying what the villa has to offer.

Amazing time at Villa Solana. Best Location and Views. Very spacious and comfortable. Make time for a movie in theater room and order in a massage session. Very convenient in house gym and sauna. Can’t wait to go back again.
Location
Tongson Bay is on the northeastern tip of Koh Samui island and is one of several perfect, palm-fringed bays in this area. It offers some of the best swimming on the island and spectacular views out to sea and to Koh Phang or Full-moon Island. The villa is just a 15-20 minutes’ drive to Samui International Airport. A quick 15-minute drive also takes you to the main tourist areas of Chaweng and Bophut or Fisherman’s Village, which are brimming with restaurants, bars, night markets and a fantastic range of shopping and entertainment options for all ages.
