Rental conditions
Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 12:00pm (noon) - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - Fireworks are prohibited in the property, its garden and the beach close by (if any) - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval
Reservation conditions
A 50% deposit is required within 5 working days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more
Cancellation policy
Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 65 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 64 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited - Christmas and New Year Period: All payments will be forfeited - Any change of a confirmed booking is considered as a cancellation and guest will be liable for a change fee of $100.00 for any amendments to the booking details together with any difference in the price due to seasonal or other variances

When a friend told me of a villa with 3 swimming pools and a 5-star rating, it got me wondering.Now that i have stayed at Villa Solaris with a bunch of friends, - i can tell you that this villa lives up to its reputation.Great staff who looked after us. Among many fabulous meals, we had some great BBQs. The cook has been with the villa for over 8 years; you can understand why the owner never let her go.I completely recommend this villa.Oh, it also has a full fledged massage room and a private movie theatre.

I and my team went here to group Pilates retreat for 2 nights. It was a perfect place for us to do activities and relax. Beautiful scenery with sunset and see squid boats at night time during poolside BBQ(the best seafood bbq I have ever had) Villa manager and team are very helpful and look after us very well. We really enjoined it and appreciate so much.

If you want to stay in an amazing villa where you will enjoy the most breathtaking views with the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore lines and clean fresh air to purify your lungs then Villa Solaris is for you. This villa has 4 amazing spacious bedrooms with all their own en-suits, a private cinema, 3 pools, a gym, and barbecue area it's like having your own private resort and the staff come highly recommended i will definitely be seeing this paradise again. My family are already bugging me to take them again.

Villa Solaris is a large luxury villa set on up on an ocean headland on the west coast of Phuket overlooking the most stunning views with the most gorgeous sunset you will ever see over the Andaman sea. The villa has three pools that you can splash around in and a great home theater for them evening relaxations.Thank you to the staff they made this a very pleasant and enjoyable holiday. We cannot praise this place highly enough we do hope to come back again.

Villa Solaris is located in the exclusive Amarin Estate in Kamala, a secure compound with 24-hour security. The villa is part of a gated compound within a larger estate of private luxury residences. The area outside the estate is predominantly private estates and high-end hotels. Phuket is a world-class holiday destination with endless activities, and the villa staff can organize excursions to popular attractions. Kamala beach offers swimming, shopping, and beach clubs like Café Del Mar and HQ Beach Lounge.
