- Check-in time: 3:00pm - Check-out time: 12:00pm - noon - Depending on arrival and departure times, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees - A security deposit may be payable upon arrival at the property - Only the specified number of guests listed in the Booking Contract at the time of booking may reside on the premises - The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors at the property during the rental period - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - No events are permitted on the premises without the property owner's prior approval - We recommend guests have an All-Risk Travel insurance and health insurance prior to travels

- A 50% deposit is required within 3 business days after availability confirmation - The remaining 50% balance must be paid 65 days prior to arrival - If the arrival date is within 65 days of the date of the booking request, the total rental amount is payable as a deposit - All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) - Local currency payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and SGD - Payments in foreign currencies are subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations and may incur bank and other fees - Additional payment methods (subject to a 3.5% payment processing fee) include VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to [email protected] - Cancellation policy is applied according to property local time - Cancellation of the reservation will result in forfeiture of the Deposit Payment - The Balance Payment will be refunded (less bank fees) where the Cancellation has been made 30 days or more before the check‐in date in Low Season & High Season, or 60 days or more before the check‐in date in Peak Season - Cancellation of the reservation less than 30 days before the check‐in date (Low Season & High Season), or less than 60 days before the check‐in date in Peak Season, will result in forfeiture of the Deposit Payment AND the Balance Payment - In case of force majeure, each party agrees to postpone and amend this booking for a future stay within a year from the proposed (original) stay. The management will do the utmost to reschedule the stay based on availability - For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited
